Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for our Columbus, OH location. You will provide excellent customer service, focus on store goals, and maximize sales while handling transactions and contributing to merchandising efforts.

Part-time role with PTO, discounts, and incentives. Must be 16 or older. No relocation. Join a team focused on growth and exceptional guest service at a trusted, long-standing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles, focusing on store goals and sales.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Perform sales and register transactions, including ringing purchases and processing payments.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) and maintain store visuals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
