Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team at the Columbus, OH location. You will provide excellent customer service, help achieve store goals, and assist with opening and closing the store.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will coach the team, greet guests, apply product knowledge, promote rewards, and drive sales. This role offers part-time hours, PTO, and employee discounts in a brand known for comfort and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a passion for guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help achieve store goals.
• Assist with opening and closing of the store.
• Provide coaching, direction, and feedback to the store team.
• Greet guests warmly and engage in suggestive selling.
• Promote rewards programs and memberships.
• Assist with merchandising and cash register transactions.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
