FirstCash Pawn in Round Rock, TX is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $14.00 to $18.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% on transactions. Earned Wage Access enables quick access to wages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math calculations proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and suggest financial solutions.
