Action Pawn in Round Rock, TX is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service while handling sales and pawn/loan activities. Earn hourly pay plus commission and participate in benefits that support work-life balance.

You’ll greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming sales floor. This role rewards reliability, teamwork, and strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong service skills.
• Able to explain loan terms and process transactions accurately.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Experience with POS checkout systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with pawn/short-term loan services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
