Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team across nationwide locations. The role offers hourly pay with a commission component on transactions, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work extended periods on feet and move quickly in a retail environment.
• Must be willing to become firearms certified where applicable.
• Flexibility to work at multiple store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merch displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls per standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions to customers.
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a great customer experience.
• Complete required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
