FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate at our pawn store locations nationwide. The role blends customer service, loan processing, and sales of a wide range of merchandise, with a base hourly wage plus commission.

Expect a wage of $15.25 to $18.00 per hour, eligibility for benefits, Earned Wage Access after 2 days, and 2–8% commission depending on performance. Stores typically open 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities
