FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates nationwide. The role combines lending and retail duties, welcoming customers and processing transactions with a strong emphasis on service and compliance. The position offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to handle firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Processes sales and loan transactions per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures.
