FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Austin, TX. Earn $14.00–$18.00 per hour plus Unlimited Commission and customer‑focused service.

You’ll greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, process transactions, and help with pawn and short‑term loan services. Great hours (most stores open 9AM–6PM; Sundays often closed), Earned Wage Access after day 2, and employee discounts from day one. Strong customer service, math and teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
