Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and tech solutions across AT&T products and services. You will guide customers through the buying process in a fast-paced, energetic store environment.

We offer strong base pay with commission/bonus, ongoing paid training, clear career paths, and benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
