Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer experiences and promote AT&T products and services. The role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing retail network.

You will engage customers, educate them on products, and guide the buying process, while contributing to a lively team environment and meeting personal and store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the US.
