The UPS Store is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to support customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services across multiple Long Island and NYC locations.

You will greet customers, provide accurate information, prepare shipments, operate store systems, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering excellent service. This full-time or part-time role offers consistent hours, paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities within our growing network.

Qualifications

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our multi-location team on Long Island and in New York City.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
• Provide accurate information about our shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
• Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and complete accurate shipping documentation
• Operate store systems and printing equipment to deliver high-quality results
• Handle mail and packages efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training to grow within our multi-location organization
