Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches and SOP-driven changes.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
• Process transactions accurately to minimize wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
