Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and teammates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Ability to settle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Basic working knowledge of computer applications and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers in store, on the phone or online.
• Ensure merchandise is placed on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Ring items accurately at the register and handle payments.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and assist customers with questions.
• Keep floor merchandise neat and tidy; help customers with selections.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and store area.
• Follow store security procedures and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
