Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our Hilton Head, SC location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, helping to achieve store goals, and maximizing sales.

This part-time position requires friendly, outgoing individuals who greet guests, identify needs, and use product knowledge to suggest solutions. All part-time teammates earn PTO and generous discounts and incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles focusing on the achievement of store goals and maximizing sales.
• Engage all guests to identify their needs and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions.
• Promote company programs and Membership to grow rewards participation.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Perform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases and processing payments.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) adhering to visual standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
