Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team at our Ellenton, FL location. You will provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles, focusing on achieving store goals and maximizing sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer solutions using product knowledge.
• Promote Jockey Rewards membership and store programs.
• Assist in driving store sales and profitability.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain visual standards.
