Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in New Haven, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, restock shelves, and maintain a tidy, welcoming store for donors and shoppers. You will join a friendly, mission-driven team in a role that supports community programs.

Pay is $13.50 per hour with a schedule of 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Training is provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army.

Responsibilities
