Job summary

COLLECTIVE BOUTIQUES LLC is seeking a friendly, energetic Part-Time Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You’ll greet customers and shop owners, guide them to products across our boutique spaces, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages returns.

You’ll maintain cleanliness and visual appeal, assist with receiving shipments, restocking, and promotional setups, work with a supportive team, and stay flexible to evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred — but we will train the right person.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, boutique shopping, and helping people find something they love.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and Shop Owner warmly and create a welcoming, inclusive environment from the moment they walk in.
• Actively engage with customers on the floor, and guide them to the right products across our boutique spaces.
• Handle customer questions, returns/exchanges, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first attitude.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor, restrooms and boutique spaces at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist with receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and restocking inventory when assigned.
• Participate in promotional setup and store events.
