Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to store routines.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to PUMA brand values and service standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and inventory checks.
• Support stock levels and product availability.
• Follow all store policies and safety procedures.
