Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Dayton, OH. You will greet customers, assist with loans and product inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while following company policies.

Earn an hourly wage of $11.00–$14.00 plus commission (up to 8%). Great hours—most stores open 9AM–6PM; Sundays are often closed; wage access and employee discounts start on day one.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.

• Complete required training and follow company policies.
