Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Florida. The role offers $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help maintain a clean sales floor.

Most stores operate 9AM–6PM with Sundays often closed; Earned Wage Access after day 2 and employee discounts from day one are available. You may work weekends and holidays as needed in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.
