Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location including, but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Building a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrating the benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encouraging and participating in team selling to positively impact store sales and metrics.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and merchandise stock counts.
• Handling the cash register at the point of sale.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors.
