AutoZone's Part-Time Retail Sales Associates drive sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures by Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe work environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock merchandise and organize displays
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
12. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
13. Develop customer service skills
14. Provide honest advice on products fitting customer expectations

Position Requirements

1. Applicants must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
2. Basic automotive parts knowledge required
