Join us as a Retail Sales Associate at Harbor Freight Tools

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions truly matter. You will be part of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to succeed.

The anticipated hourly rate is $16.50, depending on location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short-term disability, and participation in our 401(k) plan. Employees can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Sick time is available up to 64 hours per year, as required by law.

Work hours are scheduled respectfully within our operating hours of 6 am to 10 pm.

Your Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with good attendance
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely use a ladder
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout the shift
