Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and complying with company procedures, all while Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly
3. Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock merchandise and organize displays
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose automobile problems and suggest solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Engage in developing customer service skills
15. Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements

1. Applicants must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
2. Basic automotive parts knowledge required
3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
4. Ability to lift and load merchandise
