AutoZone's Part-Time Retail Sales Associates drive sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and AutoZone expectations by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provides WOW! Customer Service
2. Completes assigned store tasks promptly
3. Operates cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Adheres to company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintains a safe environment including PPE
6. Ensures store appearance and merchandising standards are met
7. Restocks and organizes merchandise
8. Uses ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintains product knowledge and current promotions
10. Practices GOTTChA and assists with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
11. Uses OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnoses automobile problems and suggests solutions
13. Communicates customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Develops customer service skills
15. Provides honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
