What You Will Do:

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will embody our mission in the store. You will be the face of the Hallmark brand, engaging with customers to help them find and build perfect card and gift solutions for various occasions.

The Part-Time Sales Associate Duties Include:

• Providing an exceptional shopping experience that inspires and encourages customers to connect and return.
• Recommending products that meet customer needs.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals.
• Performing store operations such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.

Your Knowledge and Expertise:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 16 years old and able to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk continuously, push/pull, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
• Adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
