Job summary

Sun Tan City in Minnesota is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced tanning salon. You will greet clients, recommend products and services, and help meet client needs while supporting sales goals.

The role offers a casual dress code, potential bonuses, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities within Glow Brands. Training is provided and daily pay options are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi‑task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast‑paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Pay

Earn up to $15.50/hr. Base Pay - $12.00/hr or more + performance bonuses (average $15.50/hr). While $15.50 an hour is not guaranteed, it reflects the average earnings of team members who meet all performance and training criteria. We reward strong performance and reliability with regular bonus opportunities!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
• Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
