Sun Tan City is seeking team members for a high-energy salon role in Madison, WI. You will deliver friendly, professional customer service and drive sales while supporting a fast-paced environment.

Base pay starts at $15/hr with performance bonuses averaging up to $19/hr. Flexible shifts, benefits, and advancement opportunities are highlighted in the offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally.
• Build good relationships with clients and understand and meet their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Task and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
• Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
