Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our King of Prussia location. You will support store operations, maintain brand standards, and contribute to building lifelong relationships with clients.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, applying CRM skills and product knowledge to drive sales, while upholding visual standards and store procedures. The role offers growth opportunities within a globally recognized luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail or similar.
• Experience with affluent/luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools/processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork with management.
• Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Drive NPS and other selling metrics such as conversion and average dollar per transaction.
