Big 5 Sporting Goods in Elk Grove, CA is seeking Sales Associates to provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers, and keep the sales floor organized and stocked.

Role Overview

Sales Associates play a key role in deliveringan exceptionalshopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the store, answering questions, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

Primary Duties

• Provide excellent customer service andassistcustomers throughout the store
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales
• Checking and retrieving merchandise from stockroom as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Performs or may performadditionalduties as assigned by management and supervision

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
