Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation in Pittsburg, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a neat, fully stocked sales floor.

You will answer questions, suggest products, and help keep stockrooms organized; flexible scheduling and employee discounts are available as part of a supportive retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus

Role Overview

Sales Associates play a key role in deliveringan exceptionalshopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the store, answering questions, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.
