Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and maintaining compliance with company procedures by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities

• Provides WOW! Customer Service
• Completes assigned store tasks timely
• Operates cash registers and handles cash procedures
• Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintains a safe working environment including PPE
• Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restocks and organizes merchandise
• Uses ZNET to assist customers
• Maintains product knowledge and current promotions
• Practices GOTTChA and assists with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
• Uses OBDII to read vehicle codes
• Diagnoses automobile problems and suggests solutions
• Communicates with managers about customer and employee matters
• Engages in developing customer service skills
• Provides honest advice on products

Position Requirements
