AutoZone's Part-Time Retail Sales Associates drive sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures while Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe work environment with PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
12. Communicate customer concerns to managers
13. Develop customer service skills
14. Provide honest advice on products

Position Requirements
