Job summary

Batteries Plus in Orlando is seeking a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll handle sales transactions, operate the register, assist with battery testing and installations, and keep displays stocked and organized. This role supports daily store operations and safety compliance while delivering positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
