Job summary

Batteries Plus in Sebring, FL is hiring a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions and providing product knowledge. You’ll handle sales, operate the register, and support daily store operations, including battery testing, installation, and rebuilds.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
