Batteries Plus in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with transactions while supporting daily store operations.

You will help customers select solutions, perform battery testing and basic services, stock displays, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are preferred, with a team-first mindset and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
