Job summary

Batteries Plus in Columbia, SC is hiring a Store Associate to be the friendly face of our brand, helping customers choose the right power solutions and delivering smooth daily operations.

You will greet customers, perform sales at the register, assist with battery testing and installations, stock displays, and maintain safety and cleanliness while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
