Express is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Battlefield Mall to deliver a high-quality shopping experience for customers. You will assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and daily store operations, while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Experience in retail and proficiency with iPad/point-of-sale systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Available to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
