Job summary

Fourth Floor in Los Angeles is opening its first West Coast retail location on Melrose. We are hiring for full-time and part-time, in-person positions with weekday and weekend availability.

As a sales associate, you will engage customers, maintain store standards, stock merchandise, and deliver exceptional service to build client loyalty. Prior retail experience is preferred and openness to evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrates a customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

Our client, a contemporary fashion brand with a strong focus on denim and a cool, modern aesthetic. The brand is expanding to Los Angeles with the opening of its first West Coast retail location on Melrose!

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Supervisor

Full-time and part-time roles, in-person & requires weekday and weekend availability

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement with customers.
• Assist with daily tasks & projects as assigned by management, ensuring smooth store operations.
