Retail Sales Associate Keyholder Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder, you will help maintain daily store operations, support customers in finding the perfect products, and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Additionally, you will play an important leadership role by supporting store operations, assisting team members, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Moreover, you will help maintain store presentation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system, accurately process transactions, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• In addition, restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Serve as a product expert by providing information about product selection, features, care, and maintenance.
