Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is seeking a part-time retail associate in West Sacramento, CA to assist customers, offer expert home furnishing advice, and maintain a welcoming, organized sales floor. The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and upselling top products across the IKEA range.

JOB TYPE – Permanent

HOURS - 12-20 hours per week /Limited Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $18.67-$26.37-/hour

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 9/19/26
