Job summary

IKEA Schaumburg is looking for an energetic Part-time Hourly Associate to assist customers on the sales floor, keep displays tidy, and offer expert guidance on home furnishing solutions.

You will help customers find top-selling products, assemble display items, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires at least 1 year in retail and is scheduled across Fridays through Mondays with a starting wage of 17.58–20.22 USD per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

Qualifications

JOB TYPE ‑ Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, 18+

HOURS ‑ From 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1) // Limited Benefits

SHIFTS– Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. Work schedules are published one month in advance.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 17.58 USD to 20.22 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
