Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to assist customers, advise on home furnishing solutions, and keep the sales floor neat and stocked.

This role is 12-20 hours per week at our IKEA store, with weekend availability required. You’ll act as an expert on our products, guide customers toward top-selling items, assemble displays for new launches, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment with competitive benefits.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.91-$28.12
JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.91 USD to 28.12 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
