Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to build loyalty.
