Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand in a busy Missouri store. You will greet customers, explain products, and help families with baby essentials and school readiness.

You will handle omnichannel requests, process transactions at the POS, restock shelves, and promote current promotions and the loyalty program. You must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
