Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a people-first approach and guest-focused service.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Capable of using customer information for product/service improvements.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
• Read, understand, and speak English fluently at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform basic math and cash handling tasks with accuracy.
• Operate standard POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations regarding sale of government-regulated products.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow company conduct and ethics rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
