Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment onsite. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and attractive product displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate communicates well, maintains a friendly demeanor, and can work flexible part- or full-time hours.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
