Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate who will be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help them choose baby essentials and school prep items while delivering friendly, efficient service. In a busy retail environment you’ll resolve issues, support omnichannel needs, handle POS transactions, restock floors, and explain promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy setting.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit options.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean store.
