Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking a Store Associate in Charlottesville to support customer service, cash register sales, and store operations. You will engage with customers, manage merchandise displays, and help maintain a secure and welcoming store environment.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Prior retail experience is preferred, with standing and light lifting required daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the register.

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, and assist with front-of-store tasks.
• Bag/wrap merchandise and support cashier area.
