Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Golf industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Provide team support across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior retail experience preferred.

• Golf industry experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).

• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
